Thank you for choosing Vioravia. We are proud to offer worldwide shipping, delivering your professional equipment promptly and securely. We are pleased to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $100 USD.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. For high-value equipment, additional verification steps may be required, which could extend processing time. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates, Carriers, and Delivery Estimates

All orders over $100 USD automatically qualify for Free Standard Shipping. For orders under $100 USD, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely.

Below are some examples of our shipping rates for orders under $100 USD. The final cost may vary based on the specific weight and destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, high order volumes, or customs processing. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Important Notice for International Shipments

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other fees, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vioravia LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer. You, the buyer, are the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders refused by the customer due to non-payment of these fees will not be refunded.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damaged Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly, and no later than 3 business days after delivery, at support@vioravia.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. For more details, please see our Sales & Refund Policy.
