1. Standard Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible products.
1.1. Return Period You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
1.2. Eligibility Conditions To be eligible for a return and a full refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its brand-new, sellable condition.
- Any hygiene seals or security tags on the product packaging must be intact and untampered with.
- The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging, which includes all accessories, manuals, documentation, and any items that were included “in the box.”
- You must provide the original proof of purchase (your VioraVia.com order number or packing slip).
Products that have been opened or used do not qualify for a return due to hygiene and safety standards.
1.3. Return Shipping For standard returns (i.e., you changed your mind), you are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. Shipping and handling charges from your original order are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as VioraVia is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
2. How to Return a Product
2.1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) To begin the return process, you must first contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number in your request. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
2.2. Prepare Your Package for Return Once you receive your RMA number and return instructions, securely pack the item in its original box. Ensure all original contents are included. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
2.3. Ship Your Product Ship the product to the address provided by our Customer Service team. An item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the RMA number being issued.
3. Refunds
3.1. Inspection Process Once your return is received at our facility, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our eligibility conditions. This process can take up to 5-7 business days. We will notify you via email upon completion of the inspection.
3.2. Refund Issuance If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that the refund amount will be for the product’s purchase price, less any original shipping charges.
3.3. Refund Processing Time After the refund is issued by us, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your financial institution (e.g., credit card company or bank) to process the refund and post it to your account.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
4.1. Reporting an Issue Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately—within 48 hours of delivery—if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please provide your order number and a photo or video of the issue so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
4.2. Resolution For confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. You will have the option of receiving a full refund or a replacement product, subject to availability.
5. Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Any product returned more than 14 days after you received it.
- Any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken hygiene seal.
- Any product not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Gift cards.
- Sale or “Final Sale” items.
- Any product returned without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
VioraVia reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the eligibility conditions outlined in this policy.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to follow the return process for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Consumer Law Rights
This policy does not prejudice any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including any rights you may have to a refund for products that are not of satisfactory quality or as described.
