1. Standard Return Policy
1.1. Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date your item is marked as “delivered” by the carrier to initiate a return.
1.2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return and a full refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its brand-new, sellable condition.
- Any hygiene seals or security tags must be intact and untampered with.
- The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- You must provide the original proof of purchase (your VioraVia.com order number).
1.3. Return Shipping
For standard returns (e.g., changed mind), you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as VioraVia is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our Customer Service team at support@vioravia.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our team will provide your RMA and the specific return shipping address. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. Once an RMA is issued, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.

3. Refunds and Deductions
Once your return is received and inspected (which may take up to 5-7 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your financial institution to process the transaction.
Refund Details & Potential Deductions
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
- Original Shipping Charges: For standard returns, the original shipping charges from your order are non-refundable.
- Item Condition: If a product is returned in a condition that is not brand-new (e.g., opened, used, or damaged), we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to cover the diminished value of the item.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us promptly, and no later than 3 business days after delivery, if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please provide your order number and photo/video evidence of the issue. For confirmed cases, we will cover all associated costs by providing a pre-paid return shipping label and offering a full refund or a replacement product, subject to availability.
5. Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return: any product returned after 14 days; any product that is opened, used, or has a broken seal (unless defective); gift cards; and “Final Sale” items. Returns without a valid RMA will be refused.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Consumer Law Rights
This policy does not prejudice any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Warranty Claims (NEW & IMPORTANT)
This Return Policy does not cover issues arising from product malfunction after the 14-day return period. Such issues are handled under our Limited Warranty Policy.
If your device malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect within its warranty period, please contact us at support@vioravia.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
